Candlewood Hotels
New construction roll-out of nearly 1,400 keys for Candlewood Hotels in various locations including Texas, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Kansas, Utah, and Colorado. Weis provided full range of service including pre-construction, FF&E coordination, entitlement and construction. Hotels include studio suites, single- and double-room suites, full kitchens in select units and fitness centers.
