City Centre
Rochester, MN
New construction of a 60,000 square foot mixed-use facility. Phase one includes three stories of office and retail space adjoining the adjacent existing building. Phase two of the project is a parking ramp with market rate and workforce housing on the top levels. The parking ramp/housing structure includes a link to the skyway that connects all the major buildings in downtown Rochester. The building has a structural steel framework with a cast in place foundation.
