New construction of 150 units (552 beds) of off-campus student housing serving the University of Minnesota. Community amenities include a clubhouse with an exercise facility, gameroom, tanning rooms, resource center, lounge, breakroom, business center and leasing management offices. Additionally the community offers an outdoor spa and grilling area.
