In efforts to continue to meet senior expectations, Methodist Retirement Communities recognized that a significant redevelopment of Crestview, located in Bryan Texas, was needed. General contractor Weis Builders completed the $28 million project in multiple phases which allowed Crestview to remain fully operational throughout construction.
Previously, the facility operated as independent living and offered skilled nursing and assisted living services. Now, the 206-unit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) provides independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing within 242,000 square feet.
Crestview residents enjoy several dining options including private, restaurant style, and bistro/cafe’. The community also boasts several libraries, sitting rooms, beauty salons/spas, activity rooms, and community kitchens. There is also a new chapel, outdoor pool, and fitness center on site.
