New 117-unit apartment building. Pre-construction assistance helped client to meet Green Communities funding criteria while remaining within budget. Green elements include recycled materials; low VOC paints, adhesives and sealants; Energy Star appliances and lighting; formaldehyde-free composite woods; energy efficient mechanical systems; Green Label certified floor coverings and recycling during construction.
