270 Hennepin- Construction in the Gateway District
Located on a tight site in the Gateway District of downtown Minneapolis, 270 Hennepin is currently under construction. The new tower architecturally links the all-glass buildings of downtown Minneapolis with the historic Warehouse District’s brick structures. This new 22-story mixed-use apartment building includes 340-units with two levels of underground parking. First level features 20,000 SF of lobby and retail space, residents will have access to a dog run on level three, and level 19 includes an indoor swimming pool, and outdoor terrace with spa.
