Our Rochester group wraps up the renovation of a Lowertown landmark! The JAX, a former warehouse and artist studio space built in 1909, now provides a range of 1-and 2-bedroom loft and apartments, totaling 48 units. Located in one of St. Paul’s most artistic neighborhoods, with proximity to Mears Park, CHS Field, and the Metro Green line, The Jax offers unique amenities including an art gallery, movie cinema and yoga studio.
