Weis Builders broke ground on the Villas of Hulen Bend this past May. The HUD financed project brings affordable independent living for active seniors to Fort Worth, TX.
Weis Builders anticipates completion of this project in the summer of 2013. The year-long build will result in a 138 unit senior community featuring both 1 and 2 bedroom units. The residence boasts a vast array of amenities including a pool, putting green, and community garden. A portion of the units will incorporate attached garage space, lending a greater sense of privacy and independence to the residents.
