Weis Builders is pleased to announce the completion of a new senior community in Morton Grove, Illinois. The Weis Builders team completed the project 6 weeks early, allowing residents an early move-in.
The Homestead of Morton Grove enhances affordable housing opportunities for seniors in the Morton Grove area. The facility combines market rate and affordable options. All 82 units feature individual washers and dryers, private terraces and spacious bedrooms. Tenants also enjoy an array of community amenities including a wellness center, salon, library, game room and sun room. Construction was funded in part by the Illinois Home Fund Program and HUD Section 213.
