Another Successful Project.
Presbyterian Homes of MN’s goal was to reposition 4 existing and separate buildings into a single senior community interconnected by a town center. Located in Spring Park, MN, Lake Minnetonka Shores now offers contemporary senior living alternatives in place of a dated and functionally limited facility. The additions and renovations significantly improved the efficiency of delivery services and created a sense of community throughout the formerly disjointed campus.

Benefits to the Owner.
Weis Builders’ competitive pricing and proven ability to perform a complicated renovation on an existing campus benefited the project. Additional benefits included:

  • Zero complaints from minimized disruptions to facility operations by thorough planning and on-going communication with Campus Administrator and on-site staff.
  • Enhanced resident ease-of-mind through regularly scheduled informational construction update meetings.
  • Maintained a safe environment for residents and staff.  Detailed site logistics plans and managing deliveries and construction access away from resident and guest areas resulted in zero accidents.
