Lifespace Communities, Inc, owner and manager of Abbey Delray South, marked the beginning of renovation work with a ceremony on August 20th, 2012.
The addition of space and renovation work will result in exterior enhancements, a new commercial kitchen, and three distinct dining venues for Abbey Delray South residents; a pub, a bisto and formal dining. A new gatehouse at the entrance to the community will also be added.
The community will remain fully occupied and operational for the duration of construction. Weis Builders expects completion of this project by February 2013.
