Weis Builders is making great progress at The Penfield in St. Paul, Minnesota. Developed by the City of St. Paul, The Penfield adds 254-units of market rate housing, including the only full service grocery store, to the central business district.
Previously home to a 1930s historic public safety building, The Penfield site incorporates an entire city block. Weis Builders is saving and incorporating part of the historic facade into the new construction, helping to maintain the distinctive style of downtown St. Paul.
