Our Schmidt Artist Lofts in St. Paul, MN wins 2016 AIA Minnesota Affordable Housing Design Award! The “Brew House” and the “Bottling House” were refurbished into loft-style units with live-work space for artists. This historic renovation was over 400,000 square feet and 260 units.
