The multi-phase re-development of Chicago’s Lake Park Crescent is now complete

(Chicago, IL) General Contractor, Weis Builders completes the second phase of the Lake Park Crescent redevelopment. This $44 million phase, called Sullivan Station, encompasses more than 2 city blocks in the North Kenwood-Oakland neighborhood.

Weis Builders was hired by The Davis Group to add 132 units within several low-rise buildings and a midrise building with an interior parking ramp. Sullivan Station replaces 1960s-era public housing at Lake Park Crescent to provide mixed-income housing.
