(Dallas, TX) General Contractor, Weis Builders, Inc recently completed a second Orchard Park community, this time in League City, Texas. The HUD project completed in 14 months, and residents began moving-in in January.
Orchard Park at Victory Lakes serves 126 senior residents within private and shared accommodations. The community offers 60 assisted living units and 40 memory care units in a secured wing. In addition, common space includes a fitness center, wellness and recreation areas, therapy room, and landscaped courtyards.
