The Villages of Essex Park in Rochester, MN is under-going renovations that provide tenants of 144 units with new cabinets, countertops, lighting and flooring. These improvements, supported by HUD financing, will not displace current tenants. The entire campus benefits from exterior upgrades, the addition of an outdoor pool and 2,500 square foot club house complete with a community room and fitness center. Weis Builders anticipates completion of work by year’s end.
