(Dallas, TX) DPG Partners selected Weis Builders as General Contractor on the $6.3 million Towneplace Suites located in Port Arthur, Texas. The extended stay hotel is Weis Builders’ 5th project with DPG Partners and 2nd hotel in Port Arthur, Texas.
Towneplace Suites offers amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness room, and warming kitchen with continental breakfast area. A majority of guest rooms feature full kitchens to accommodate the extended stay traveler and visitors to the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Completion is expected Summer 2014.
